Working within collections, hardship or other specialised frontline teams, can be a challenging environment for staff. Conversations with vulnerable customers that may be struggling to pay their bills are often emotionally charged, and staff may leave the call feeling attacked, upset or emotionally drained.
It is therefore imperative that they have the mental well-being and resilience strategies in place to enable them to effectively debrief following a difficult call and to develop the right coping mechanisms to de-stress and foster a positive attitude.

Our training consists of face-to-face programs that can range from ½ day to 3 days and is supported by our online Mindfit: Well-being & Resilience series.
This is a range of 12 specialised online modules, designed to be ‘leader-led’ training and rolled out internally within your organisation. Each powerpoint module includes videos filmed with subject matter experts and is designed for bite-sized learning chucks that are 60-90 minutes in duration. All come with detailed instructor guides for easy facilitation.
