eMatrix Training & Coaching Consultant Alex Daniel, has been working closely with the SA Housing Authority for the past 18 months, leading a hugely successful Leadership & Management Coaching Program.
As the program comes to a close, SA Housing Authority held a Customer and Services Leadership Forum on 1st August that brought together all Customer and Services leaders including team leaders, operations managers, business coordinators, regional managers and executive members that took part in the Leadership & Management Coaching Program.
The day commenced with a huddle (one of the ongoing strategies introduced by eMatrix) about leadership. Mel Rendell and Paul Reardon then presented on the incredible amount of change in polices, practices and structures that have occurred since the beginning of the year and the resilience Customers and Services group have demonstrated in adapting to these changes.
The day continued with several workshops facilitated by Deb Dickson, Alex Daniel, Mel Rendell and Paul Reardon on topics such as leadership, navigating challenges and opportunities, embedding tools from the Leadership and Management Coaching program and self-care.
Regional leadership teams then developed local plans for the next 12 months which included SMART goals and objectives (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time framed).
The day generated a lot of energy and positivity and eMatrix would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of the SA Housing team for opening their minds to new ideas, for being so welcoming and for all of their hard work, all of which contributed so much to the program’s success.
